At Gezel , we Gezel every day to Gezel robust HVAC solutions for our customers. We do this with skilled professionals on-site and smart support behind the scenes. To further support our growth, we are looking for an administrative buyer who can help make a difference.

You will be based at our headquarters in Buggenhout and will work closely with the purchasing team. You will also assist the accounting department with administrative follow-up tasks.

Your role at Gezel

In this role, the focus is clearly on purchasing and follow-up. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all administrative details are in order, that processes run smoothly and on time, and that follow-up with construction sites, suppliers, and colleagues is handled efficiently. Your main responsibilities:

Purchasing & Administration (approx. 70%)

  • Processing orders from the inbox
  • Creating and tracking purchase orders (POs)
  • Processing and verifying order confirmations
  • Daily contact with suppliers
  • Tracking orders to and from the shipyard
  • Working with two ERP systems (experience with D365 and/or Handsoft is a plus)
  • Comprehensive administrative support for the purchasing team

Accounting support (approx. 30%)

  • Processing purchase invoices and credit memos
  • Record revenue
  • Match purchases with purchase orders
  • Basic Customer and Vendor Tracking

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an administrative assistant who takes responsibility and is a quick learner.

  • You work in a structured, accurate, and punctual manner
  • You can work independently, but you also work well as part of a team
  • You communicate openly and clearly, and you’re not afraid to be assertive
  • You handle confidential information with discretion
  • You follow up on cases promptly and consistently
  • You have a high school diploma or higher in an administrative, financial, or economic field, or you have relevant experience
  • You are digitally savvy (ERP experience is a plus)
  • You live in the Buggenhout area (within a 15-minute drive)
