Gezel is looking for a technical administrative assistant to support the electrical and control techniques team. Every HVAC installation comes to life through the application of electrical and control techniques. You will work with the chief electrical and control technician on our projects: from site preparation through execution to final completion.
Function
1) Site preparation: As soon as a project is ordered from Gezel , you are involved. The preparations begin with "engineering", thinking along about the concept and optimizations. Then you select materials, make cable calculations, compare prices, propose technical data sheets, approve electrical schematics, and so on.
2) Follow up execution:You manage the job site by making sure the right materials are present and the electricians are given the necessary briefing. You liaise with site workers, suppliers, customers and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly. All installations must be properly started up and adjusted. You ensure that all parties involved have the right information so that this runs smoothly and successfully.
3) Finishing: By participating in the as-built file, you offer the client a clear overview of the installation and a well-settled project.
Profile
- You are an administrative talent with a healthy dose of entrepreneurship
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry or technical understanding of electrical/control engineering are pluses
- You want to learn and are motivated
- You live in the broad region of Buggenhout (within a 30-minute radius)
