On weekdays, the on-call service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

During holiday periods, our on-call service remains available for urgent issues. Customers with an active contract can contact us via our usual phone number in the event of a malfunction or urgent technical issue. You will be automatically transferred or receive further instructions via the answering machine. We are ready to assist you as soon as possible.
