On weekdays, permanent on-call service is always available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Saturdays, standby service is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the winter period. 

During the construction holidays and the winter period, our on-call service remains available for urgent problems. Customers with ongoing cooperation can contact us in case of a malfunction or urgent technical problem via the usual telephone number. You will be automatically transferred or receive further instructions on the answering machine. We are ready to help you as quickly as possible.
