Are you an experienced Account Manager who can build lasting customer relationships and contribute technical expertise? As a Key Account Manager HVAC, you will be the central point of contact for a fixed portfolio of service customers. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, correctly, and professionally, with one clear goal in mind: customers who are more than satisfied and remain so.
You combine relationship management with technical coordination. Thanks to your overview, organizational talent, and substantive knowledge, you are able to quickly switch between customers, technicians, and internal colleagues. You work proactively, think long-term, and see opportunities to further deepen cooperation with customers.
What are your responsibilities?
- Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for assigned customers
- Central point of contact for service questions
- Technical coordination and dispatch of technicians
- Preparing and following up on the service intake after transfer from the project manager
- Proactive customer consultation through regular service meetings
- Building and maintaining thorough installation and customer knowledge
- Monitoring quality, agreements, and service levels
- Analyzing KPIs and contributing ideas for improvements
- Identifying commercial opportunities, with a focus on small jobs and expanding existing maintenance contracts
- Taking responsibility for Gezel the customer experience at Gezel
Your profile?
You have a solid basic knowledge of HVAC within a B2B context. You are familiar with the most important components, understand maintenance cycles, and know how to deal with fault reports and technical challenges. You don't do the repairs yourself, but you do know what is needed to coordinate correctly and advise customers on the technical aspects.
You have strong organizational skills and know how to prioritize in a dynamic service environment. You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview, and make decisions quickly. You also have an analytical mind: you monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and actively contribute ideas on how to improve processes and customer service.
You can independently take on relationship management and feel comfortable in a role with responsibility and autonomy. You communicate clearly, professionally, and in a solution-oriented manner, both with customers and with internal teams.
