Client: Noven Noord / Location: Mechelen

On the site where a concrete plant used to stand in Mechelen, Keerdok Park is now growing. The park is about one hectare in size and will bring more nature into the city center. This green oasis will be a hotspot for biodiversity and a meeting place for local residents. The residential project will be provided with heat and cooling in a sustainable way using sewer heat. Gezel is co-building the installation.
